1. Program Description

The Solid Transport Inc SMS Program sends text messages to people who have opted in. Depending on the consent you give, messages may include:

• Customer care: quote follow-ups, dispatch notifications, and load status and delivery updates.
• Recruiting: driver application status updates and interview scheduling.
• Marketing (separate opt-in only): truck capacity announcements and service offers.

2. How to Opt In

You can join the program by checking an SMS consent checkbox on a form at solidtransportinc.net/contact.html or on our home page and submitting your mobile number. Checkboxes are unchecked by default, and marketing messages require their own separate checkbox. You may also give express consent directly to our dispatch team. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, service or employment.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your quotes, shipments, application status and the consent you gave.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you and from you, according to your mobile carrier plan. Solid Transport Inc does not charge for the text messages.

5. How to Opt Out

Text STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOPALL. After you opt out you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again:

Solid Transport Inc: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

7. Supported Carriers & Liability

The program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder’s permission, to join the program.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continuing to receive messages after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms; you can always reply STOP to opt out.
